Wright Path is glad to offer a variety of crochet experiences including beginner clubs for ages 8 and up, private lessons, and - coming soon - events and crochet-alongs.

Beginner Crochet Lessons
Have you always wanted to learn to crochet? Or have a child who wants to learn? No previous experience necessary!
Where: Midlothian Public Library
When: One hour lessons available from 4:00-6:00 Monday- Thursday or 10:00-3:00 on Saturdays
Cost: $30/hour; add up to 3 more students (family members or friends) to the same session for an additional $10 per student; sessions limited to no more than 4 students

Four Days - Four Projects
$120 for all four days
All materials provided
Day 1 - The Basics
- Tools and materials
- How to hold and use hooks
- Tension
- Foundation chains
- Make a bracelet or flower or scrunchie
Day 2 - Single Crochet and Create a Square
- Learn and practice a single crochet
- Slip stitch
- Counting stitches
- Turns
- Create a washcloth (or something square)
Day 3 - Double Crochet and Magic Circle
- Review single crochet
- Learn and practice double crochet
- Learn and practice magic circle
- Make a coaster
Day 4 - Triple Crochet and Patterns
- Review previous stitches
- Review magic circle
- Learn and practice triple crochet
- Reading a written pattern
- Make a granny square from a pattern
