Sign up for a single beginners' class or for the 4 part beginners' series—perfect for trying something new or committing to a creative adventure. Come craft, relax, and leave with something amazing! Series available for 3 age groups - 8-12; 13-15; 16+.

If crochet is something you've always wanted to do, but didn't know where to start, this is the place!

Beginners' Series
Session 1 - Beginners' Basics
Skills: Slip knot, chaining, frogging, single crochet, counting stitches, turning rows, weaving in edges
Project: Practice swatch to master foundational stitches
Materials: Starter kit included (yarn, hook, stitch markers, yarn needle, small scissors)

Beginners' Series
Session 2 - Level Up Your Stitches
Skills: Half double crochet, double crochet
Project: Simple project, such as a washcloth, to apply new stitches
Materials: Provided for project completion

Beginner's Series
Session 3 - Practice and Patterns
Skills: Triple stitch (treble crochet), reading a basic pattern
Project: Easy project to combine all previously learned stitches and practice pattern reading
Materials: Provided

Beginner's Series
Session 4 - Crochet Fun - Amigurumi
Skills: Using all learned stitches to create small stuffed projects, shaping techniques
Project: Easy amigurumi figure to take home
